About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive (Male)t to strengthen our brand’s online presence. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategy, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content, building meaningful audience connections, and driving brand visibility across multiple social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Keep track of social media trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies.
• Increase audience reach and engagement through innovative campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on performance metrics.
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Respond to messages, comments, and foster an active online community.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management.
• Strong content creation skills, particularly short videos and reels.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Basic design knowledge using Canva or Photoshop.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
