Digital Marketing Specialist

Barikat is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department , based in Ankara or İstanbul .


QUALIFICATIONS


  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B tech/cybersecurity experience is a plus).
  • Hands-on with Google Ads (Search/Display/Video) and LinkedIn Ads : audience targeting, budget planning, bidding strategies, and optimization.
  • Proficient in GA4 , Google Tag Manager , and Search Console for measurement, conversion setup (forms/phone/CTA), UTM governance, and reporting.
  • Solid SEO knowledge (technical, on-page, off-page); able to run keyword research and create SEO content briefs.
  • Email marketing and marketing automation (e.g., Mailchimp/HubSpot): segmentation, nurturing, and A/B testing .
  • Familiar with CRM processes (e.g., Zoho); understands MQL/SQL definitions and lead routing.
  • Content marketing and landing-page copywriting; basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • KPI/metrics-driven; comfortable tracking CPL, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate , etc.
  • Experienced in agency/vendor management and multi-stakeholder project coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal Turkish/English communication skills.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Build and execute a digital marketing strategy and annual/quarterly plans aligned with Barikat’s brand strategy.
  • Own performance marketing : plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads; manage budgets, bidding, and daily/weekly optimizations.
  • Lead the SEO roadmap : coordinate technical fixes with the web team; plan the content calendar and backlink strategy.
  • Contribute to web/landing page development: form flows, speed and UX improvements; run A/B tests .
  • Set up end-to-end conversion tracking via GA4 & GTM; build dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports by channel/campaign.
  • Manage email automation (nurture flows, lead scoring, segmentation, personalization).
  • Orchestrate corporate social media (especially LinkedIn), integrating organic and paid activities with a content calendar.
  • Work closely with Sales & Presales on target-account programs; focus on sourced/influenced pipeline and sales velocity.
  • Plan and manage vendor marketing/MDF : applications, budget tracking; report ROI across events, campaigns, and content.
  • Run the digital workstreams of webinars and in-person events : registration pages, reminders, and post-event nurturing.
  • Manage agencies/tools/vendors : briefing, delivery, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with KVKK , cookie policy, and opt-in management; keep digital assets up to date.
  • Coordinate approval, publishing, and measurement workflows to maintain brand consistency .
