We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving traffic to our website, improving the user experience, increasing conversions, and executing innovative digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure that marketing campaigns and website updates are effective in attracting, engaging, and converting visitors.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics, with a focus on leveraging these channels to enhance website performance and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified traffic to the website.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic visibility on search engines. Conduct keyword research, track performance, and continuously improve SEO efforts.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage paid search and display advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to plan and optimize website content for better user engagement and conversion. Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and optimized for search.
- Website Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Identify areas for improvement and work with developers to optimize speed, usability, and design.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Analyze performance and optimize strategies for better engagement.
- Social Media Integration: Work with social media teams to create engaging campaigns that drive traffic from social platforms to the website.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and website metrics. Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights on traffic, conversion rates, and recommendations for improvement.
- A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Test different landing pages, CTAs, and designs to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand the digital landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on website marketing and optimization.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Proven experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website development concepts is a plus.
- Experience in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
