We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in social media management, SEO, content creation, and copywriting . In this role, you’ll manage brand channels, create engaging digital content, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to drive engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow social media/community channels
• Create blogs, newsletters, and campaign content
• Build and execute content calendars
• Engage with customers online and support brand voice
• Track analytics, run A/B tests, and provide insights
• Support marketing campaigns from strategy through reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• BA in Marketing/Communications or related field (MBA a plus)
• 3+ years’ experience in social media/community management
• Strong copywriting and content marketing background
• Skilled in tools like Sprinklr, Netbase, Sprout, Cision, On24
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
