Digital Marketing Specialist

Vidabricks Real Estate is a dynamic brokerage firm specializing in off-plan and ready properties in Dubai. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and lead performance marketing efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing Expertise

  • Deep experience in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) — including campaign setup, A/B testing, custom audience building, and optimization for cost per qualified lead (CPL).
  • Understanding of Google Ads (Search + Display + YouTube) — real estate keyword campaigns, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong grasp of lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

2. Real Estate-Specific Knowledge

  • Familiarity with Dubai property buyer personas — off-plan vs ready, investor vs end-user, nationalities, budget ranges, and preferred communities.
  • Understanding of DLD, RERA regulations, and advertising compliance.
  • Experience managing property listings on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) and integrating lead tracking systems (e.g., CRM like Bitrix24, Salesforce, etc.).

3. Analytical & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Ability to track and attribute lead sources correctly, identify lead drop-off points, and recommend improvements.
  • Understanding of Pixel setup, API conversions, and CRM integrations.

4. Creative & Branding Abilities

  • Experience managing creative direction — ad copies, video scripts, and visuals aligned with brand tone.
  • Capability to manage photo/video shoots, reels, testimonial edits, and content calendars.

5. Leadership & Team Coordination

  • Manage in-house designers and freelancers.
  • Coordinate with agents for feedback on lead quality.
  • Ability to plan monthly budgets, forecast ROI, and report performance metrics clearly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in running Google Ads & Meta Ads for real estate.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Google Analytics & Ads Manager.
  • Excellent understanding of lead funnels and conversion tracking.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: 5000 AED to 10000 AED

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
