DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD/MANAGER/Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage budgets for SEO, SEM, paid media, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the digital curve.
SEO & SEM Management
- Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities to improve rankings and organic reach.
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, and others) for maximum ROI.
- Conduct regular keyword analysis, ad copy optimization, and landing page testing.
Content & Social Media
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, keyword-driven content for blogs, landing pages, and social platforms.
- Drive social media marketing campaigns to increase engagement and reach across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, SEM analysts, and digital marketers.
- Work closely with creative, technical, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across digital channels using Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and SEM tools.
- Provide detailed reports and actionable insights for leadership on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Search Console, GA4, Tag Manager).
- Proficiency with tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing, social media strategies, and lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in email marketing, automation tools, and retargeting campaigns.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for technical marketing implementations.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience managing multi-regional campaigns, especially targeting UAE or GCC markets.
Performance Metrics
- Organic traffic growth and improved search engine rankings.
- ROI and conversion rates for paid campaigns.
- Increased engagement and follower growth across social media platforms.
- Lead generation and cost-per-lead improvements.
- Successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
