Digital Marketing Specialist

India

Campaign Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

- Manage paid campaigns including search, display, video, and social media ads.

- Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.

SEO & Content

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.

- Collaborate with content creators to align messaging with SEO goals.

- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

Collaboration

- Coordinate with design, content, and client servicing teams to ensure cohesive execution.

- Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

- Provide strategic input during client pitches and reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and project management abilities.

- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
