About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in web design. This role combines digital marketing strategy and hands-on implementation with the ability to design and manage visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with our brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and manage content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other digital channels.
- Conduct SEO/SEM, keyword research, and optimize website content for search engines.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to improve ROI.
- Manage online reputation and coordinate digital PR activities.
Web Design & Development:
- Design and maintain company websites, ensuring responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly layouts.
- Update and optimize website content, graphics, and multimedia elements to support campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure websites align with marketing objectives.
- Troubleshoot and fix website performance or design issues.
- Work with third-party developers or platforms when needed to enhance site functionality.
Branding & Creative:
- Create marketing visuals, graphics, and layouts for campaigns, advertisements, and landing pages.
- Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing campaigns (minimum 2–3 years).
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with web design tools (WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS (basic knowledge preferred).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Creativity with a strong eye for design and detail.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Experience in e-commerce marketing and website management.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Basic video editing skills for digital campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,293.55 - ₹47,006.28 per month
