Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to plan, implement, and manage online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of digital channels, content creation, campaign optimization, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage and grow social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and optimize content for social media, blogs, and websites.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting dashboards.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other team members to deliver marketing assets.
• Handle email marketing campaigns, including strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to QC (Quality Check) standards and brand guidelines before publishing content.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, social media ads, and campaign management.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
