Job Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator who has good knowledge of graphic designing and social media management. The ideal candidate will handle daily office administration while actively supporting our design and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and management

Graphic Designing:

  • Create high-quality designs for social media posts, banners, flyers, and marketing materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creatives
  • Edit and update designs as per requirements

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Assist in planning social media content and campaigns
  • Monitor engagement and respond to basic queries
  • Support reporting and performance tracking

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as Office Admin or similar role
  • Good knowledge of graphic designing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Good communication skills in English , Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
