Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Onsite-Turn Up Technologies

Work Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (PKT)

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager to execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of hands-on experience who can independently manage campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to revenue-driven growth strategies.

The position plays a critical role in strengthening brand visibility, lead generation, and conversion performance while collaborating cross-functionally with design, content, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Execute and optimize paid ads, email, SEO, and social media campaigns; manage daily operations, budgets, and timelines; maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Analytics & Performance: Track KPIs (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS), generate reports, and run A/B tests to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Content & Social Media: Coordinate with teams for creative content, manage posting schedules, engagement, and support growth-focused content strategies.
  • SEO & Website: Assist in SEO, keyword research, and site performance tracking using analytics tools.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Align campaigns with sales and business goals, stay updated on trends, and propose innovative growth experiments.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of practical experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Working knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and execution skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced digital environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, or lead funnels
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX and landing page optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
