The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, creating high-quality content, and supporting sales enablement with client-facing marketing materials. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and experience in driving lead generation and brand awareness in the B2B SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Creation & Social Media Management:

  • Create high-quality digital content, including posts, case studies, blogs, and carousels tailored for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Develop content strategies that align with business objectives, target audience needs, and lead generation goals.
  • Manage multi-platform social media presence, focusing on LinkedIn as the primary channel for B2B engagement, while maintaining consistent branding across other platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to ensure content remains engaging and relevant.

Collaboration & Marketing Materials:

  • Coordinate closely with in-house designers to develop visuals, presentations, decks, and other creative assets that support digital campaigns.
  • Support the sales and business development teams by preparing proposals, one-pagers, and client-facing collateral that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect the company’s branding and messaging standards.

Event Branding & Communications:

  • Plan and execute branding, communications, and promotional activities for international tech events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event-related materials, presentations, and social media campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Track and analyze performance metrics across all digital marketing channels, including social media reach, engagement, website traffic, inbound leads, and conversion rates.
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns, improve engagement, and recommend new strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management to highlight progress and identify areas for improvement.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Optimization:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and paid social campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize the company website, landing pages, and digital assets to ensure SEO best practices, user experience, and lead conversion optimization.
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to B2B SaaS marketing.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with marketing team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and achieve intended objectives.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology-driven companies.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or LinkedIn/Social Media Marketing are a plus.
  • Candidates with English, IT/Computer Science, or Design degrees plus proven marketing skills are welcome.
  • Proven expertise in content creation, social media management, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Bonus Skills

  • SEO basics, analytics, or paid ads.
  • Exposure to international B2B tech/AI marketing
