Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for our Clinic Division based in Dubai

Conducting Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Perform thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies. Use this data to refine and adjust marketing tactics for improved outreach and effectiveness.

Designing Tailored Packages: Collaborate with relevant departments and doctors to design customized service packages that align with both customer needs and departmental goals. Ensure these packages are well-structured and effectively communicate the clinic’s offerings.

Monthly Submission of Research and Packages: Compile the market research findings and package details, and submit them for official review. This ensures all plans are reviewed in time for the next month’s campaigns.

Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to boost engagement, enhance brand presence, and increase bookings across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Manage and optimize these social media channels to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.

Campaign Creation & Lead Generation: Create targeted marketing campaigns and strategies designed to generate quality leads.

Budget Allocation: Allocate a monthly budget across social media platforms to generate leads.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, including social media engagement and website traffic. Provide detailed insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements and optimization.

Lead Distribution & Coordination: Equitably distribute incoming leads to the call center team. Maintain close coordination with the telesales and customer relations teams to ensure timely and effective responses to potential clients.

Business Growth & Strategy: Drive the overall growth of Better Life Clinic through the execution of strategic digital marketing campaigns. Continuously assess and refine strategies to maximize business expansion and customer acquisition.
