Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) within the crypto and fintech industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, compliance requirements, and campaign optimization strategies specific to financial and crypto products.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid campaigns to drive qualified leads, user acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage high-performance Meta ad campaigns for crypto/fintech products.
• Develop audience targeting strategies including lookalikes, retargeting, and funnel-based segmentation.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall performance metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure ad compliance with Meta policies and crypto advertising regulations.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams for creative development.
• Track user behavior using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest trends in crypto marketing, paid media, and fintech advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads, preferably in crypto or fintech.
• Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Strong understanding of funnel marketing and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.
• Experience handling compliance-sensitive industries (crypto, finance, exchanges, wallets).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with tracking tools and attribution models.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in promoting crypto exchanges, trading platforms, or DeFi products.
• Knowledge of global crypto advertising restrictions and workarounds.
• Experience in multi-geo campaign management.
