We are a fast-growing education and test-prep organization helping students prepare for CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, and other entrance exams. We generate thousands of leads every month through digital marketing and are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer to scale our campaigns and brand presence.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer who has strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with graphic designing and basic video editing skills to create high-converting creatives for social media and paid campaigns.

This role combines Performance Marketing + Creative Execution.

Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing)
• Generate quality leads at the lowest CPL
• A/B test ads, copies, audiences, and funnels
• Track ROI, conversions, and prepare weekly performance reports
• Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and remarketing campaigns

Creative & Content

• Design social media posts, banners, and ad creatives
• Create Instagram posts, reels, and promotional creatives
• Edit short videos for ads, reels, and YouTube
• Coordinate content ideas with the marketing team
• Maintain brand consistency

Required Skills

• 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search & Display)
• Understanding of lead generation funnels
• Graphic design tools: Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
• Video editing tools: CapCut / Premiere Pro / Filmora or similar
• Basic knowledge of analytics (Google Analytics, Excel)
• Creative thinking + performance mindset

Good to Have

• Experience in education/ed-tech marketing
• Landing page optimization knowledge
• Copywriting skills
• SEO basics

Salary Range
