Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who approaches marketing with a strong focus on strategy, analytics, and measurable performance. This role is suited for a professional who understands that successful campaigns are driven by data-backed decisions, continuous optimization, and clear business objectives — not just content execution.

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns that contribute directly to lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth. The position offers ownership of campaigns along with the freedom to experiment, analyze performance, and scale winning strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms
• Create engaging ad creatives and high-converting social media content
• Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning
• Manage paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics
• Apply SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and search rankings
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports
• Derive actionable insights from data to improve campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals
• Continuously test, evaluate, and refine marketing strategies for improved outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of practical experience in digital marketing
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) – Mandatory
• Solid understanding of:
• SEO fundamentals
• Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Marketing strategies
• Google Analytics and performance reporting tools
• Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic work environment
