Digital Marketing Specialist

Lafferty Aluminum & Screening is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, and marketing support, working closely with the Marketing Director to execute campaigns and highlight our projects and services.

This position is 35–40 hours per week with opportunities for growth as the company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Capture photo and video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Edit short-form video content including Reels and TikTok videos
• Film day-to-day office content, project updates, and customer testimonials
• Monitor social media trends and assist with developing engaging content ideas
• Schedule and publish social media posts while maintaining brand consistency
• Create and segment email campaigns
• Attribute and help finalize GTM strategies for new services
• Have well rounded marketing knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Content, Web Design, and more.

Marketing Support

• Assist the Marketing Director with campaign execution and marketing initiatives
• Organize marketing assets including photos, videos, and design files
• Help develop marketing templates and support email campaign creation

Research & Brand Development

• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify marketing opportunities
• Attend local networking or community events when appropriate
• Stay informed on new marketing tools, trends, and strategies

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends
• Basic photo and video editing skills
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools for social media graphics
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
