The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Google Business Profile Management: Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for small businesses
• Meta Ads Management: Create, optimize, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
• LinkedIn Ads Management: Create, optimize, and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
• Reporting: Compile reports for small businesses.
• Strategy Support: Contribute to marketing strategies and campaign planning

Other tasks may include:

• Graphic Design: Create compelling visuals for social posts and ads
• Copywriting: Develop compelling copy for websites, ads, emails, and social media
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns from strategy to delivery
• SEO Tasks: Implement on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
• WordPress Content Management: Create and edit website content, posts, and pages

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram ads)
• Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads Management
• Strong social media management experience across major platforms
• Excellent copywriting abilities with a knack for engaging content
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and implementation
• WordPress content management experience (posting, editing, basic formatting)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
