SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support an opportunity at WPAFB, OH.

Position Overview Section

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to effectively promote the initiatives, programs, and missions of AFWERX and Director priorities. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques, including but not limited to social media, email and content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with personnel from across AFWERX and the Strategic Communication team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and messaging.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote AFWERX programs, initiatives, and mission priorities.
• Create and manage digital content across platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, and conversions) to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including public affairs, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across digital channels.
• Tailor digital content to target audiences while maintaining AFWERX branding and communication standards.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and provide reports and recommendations to improve outreach and campaign performance.

Additional Qualification Considerations:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing digital and social media campaigns using analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to develop and manage email marketing campaigns and collaborate with web teams on website content and user experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.

Minimum Position Requirements

• Secret Clearance
• Degree or certificate in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years of experience, preferably within a military or government context.
