What You'll Do
Own and execute paid advertising across Google Ads (Search, Local Services, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), continuously optimizing for cost per lead, cost per appointment, and overall return on ad spend. Build and refine full-funnel marketing systems from traffic generation through landing pages to conversion, testing offers, messaging, and creative with speed and discipline. Create and manage both video and image-based ad content, including short-form and long-form assets designed to convert. Track performance, report on key metrics, and make data-driven decisions while working directly with leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a hands-on digital marketer with proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, along with a strong understanding of sales funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization. You should be comfortable creating and editing video content as well as designing image-based ad creative. A strong grasp of performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates is essential. This role requires someone who is self-directed, accountable, and focused on execution. Experience in home services or local service-based marketing is a plus but not required.

This position starts at $28.00 to $39.00 per hour based on experience, with additional earning potential tied directly to performance improvements, efficiency gains, and overall marketing impact.
