Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and Snapchat
  • Monitor daily performance and improve ROI, ROAS, and conversions
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
  • Develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and automation
  • Write high-converting ad copy and landing page content
  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
  • Run A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with design/content teams
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Optimize customer journey and conversion funnels
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools


Qualifications


  • 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Media Buying
  • Hands-on experience with:
  1. Meta Ads Manager
  2. Google Ads
  3. TikTok Ads
  4. Snapchat Ads
  • Strong experience in Google Analytics and performance tracking (ROI, CPA, ROAS)
  • Experience in SEO (on-page & basic technical SEO)
  • Proven experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for marketing purposes
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
