Digital Marketing Specialist - E-commerce & Social Media

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to optimize and manage our online presence across Amazon, our Shopify website, and key social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). This role is crucial for driving traffic, increasing conversions, and building brand awareness in a dynamic digital landscape.

Responsibilities

This role will focus on the daily management and optimization of our online presence across various platforms, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing digital marketing strategy.

o Amazon Marketplace Management:

  • Create and optimize Product Detail Pages (PDPs) by developing high-quality content, including product titles, descriptions, images, bullet points, and keywords that align with Amazon SEO best practices.
  • Monitor product performance, sales rankings, customer reviews, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and update A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) to enhance brand storytelling and product presentation.

o Shopify Website Marketing:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive organic traffic to our Shopify website through SEO and other digital channels.
  • Manage website content updates, product merchandising, and user experience optimizations to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends, user behavior, and areas for optimization.

o Social Media & Content Marketing (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube):

  • Develop creative briefs, stories, and mood boards for all video content.
  • Arrange and manage meetings with third-party vendors, such as production companies, to facilitate video creation.
  • Develop and implement engaging content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) using Meta Ads Manager to drive traffic and sales.
  • Manage our presence on Meta platforms, utilizing tools like Meta Business Suite for content planning, scheduling, and organic performance tracking.
  • Create, schedule, and publish compelling visual and video content tailored to each platform's best practices.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to refine content strategy.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a strong online community.

o General Marketing & Analytics:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual and video assets for all platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Amazon Seller Central and social media platforms.
  • Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
  • Proven experience with Shopify platform management.
  • Proven experience with paid social media advertising, specifically on Meta platforms, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience with social media content creation, scheduling, and community management on Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools, including Figma and Adobe Photoshop, for creating visual assets.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application across websites and Amazon.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging copy.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) for creating short-form video content.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with strategic business objectives.
  • Agility in adapting to rapidly evolving technologies and digital marketing trends.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of the curve in online consumer behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
