Job Overview

Raast Solutions is seeking a talented and dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will play a major role in enhancing our brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and ensuring a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, Google Ads, and email.
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.) with engaging and creative content.
• Perform SEO/SEM to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Track, analyze, and report performance of all digital campaigns, ensuring ROI and KPIs are met.
• Create, edit, and manage content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams for visuals, graphics, and creatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage online reputation and respond to inquiries/comments in a professional manner.
• Support sales and business development teams with lead generation campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven work experience (minimum 2–3 years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content creation, and ad management.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under minimal supervision.
