Digital Marketing Specialist - Fresher / Experienced

Key Responsibilities & Requirements : Digital Marketing Specialist

Website & Digital Platforms

  • Design, develop, rebuild, and maintain the company websites, with the ability to quickly build and deploy new websites when required
  • Support web application development, UI/UX enhancements, and website performance optimization.

Brand & Social Strategy

  • Own and manage the integrated Brand Marketing and Social Media strategy, ensuring alignment across campaigns, always-on content, partnerships, and cultural moments
  • Translate brand positioning into clear, compelling creative, digital, and social narratives
  • Shift brand storytelling from awareness-focused to consideration, engagement, and emotional connection, particularly within the UAE market

Campaign & Cultural Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end 360? brand campaigns, including seasonal campaigns, Tier-1 launches, gifting moments, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Ensure campaigns are equity-building, social-first, and insight-driven, without unnecessary trend-chasing
  • Oversee industry partnerships, collaborations, and brand activations, ensuring strong storytelling and cultural relevance
  • Drive bold, innovative, and on-brand campaigns that are both globally relevant and locally led

Social Media Oversight

  • Manage and oversee organic social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, and Twitter (X)
  • Establish strong social processes, including content planning, calendars, approvals, publishing, reporting, and optimisation
  • Guide platform-specific storytelling while protecting overall brand equity
  • Work closely with performance and paid media teams to ensure organic content supports broader marketing and lead-generation objectives.

Performance, Measurement & Stakeholder Management (FM-Focused – UAE).

  • Define, track, and report digital marketing KPIs aligned with FM business goals, including brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, website traffic, conversion rates, and enquiry-to-contract ratios
  • Monitor performance of campaigns supporting AMCs, one-off projects, tenders, and corporate proposals
  • Use data, analytics, and insights to optimise campaigns, improve ROI, and support decision-making without compromising brand credibility or professionalism
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports for management, highlighting ROI, leads generated, campaign impact, and recommendations
  • Build strong working relationships with Business Development, Operations, PR, and Management teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Operations and FM teams to showcase completed projects, case studies, site works, and client success stories
  • Present clear insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to the management.

Marketing, Technology & Tools . (FM Industry – UAE)

  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and SMM, with emphasis on B2B, service-based, and local search marketing
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, automation tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Proficiency in Adobe Design Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools for creatives, reels, project showcases, and campaign assets
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, digital media, lead generation, and market planning, aligned with Facility Management services
  • Good knowledge of AI-based marketing solutions and emerging digital tools for optimisation, automation, and reporting
  • Experience managing Google Business Profile, Maps, and local listings to improve visibility across UAE emirates
  • Ability to support tenders, proposals, corporate profiles, presentations, and sales materials with marketing content

Additional Advantages:

  • Multilingual capability including basic Arabic.
  • Facilities Management (FM) industry background
  • Basic AutoCAD knowledge.

Google certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing) will be an added advantage.
