- Manage and maintain content on Sitecore CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for landing pages, blogs, and product pages.
- Conduct regular content audits for relevance and optimization.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits.
- Optimize metadata, URLs, and internal linking for better crawlability.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices.
- Plan and execute paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
- Collaborate with Business Units to align paid media with overall marketing goals.
- Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Power BI for performance tracking.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Coordinate digital activation for events, including pre-event and post-event campaigns.
- Leverage email, social media, and paid channels for event promotion.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in SEO, Sitecore CMS, and paid media.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
