About the Role:
Azaya Marketing is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strictly digital marketing experience, hands-on in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and influencer marketing. Native Hindi proficiency is mandatory, as campaigns target Hindi-speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers for brand campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs, ROI, and engagement.
  • Work with content and design teams to create digital assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years in digital marketing (minimum 1 year in UAE).
  • Proven experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
  • Experience in influencer marketing.
  • Native Hindi speaker (mandatory).
  • Knowledge/interest in Fintech.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
