Alliant College of Professional Studies (a part of OTS) is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing brand presence, student outreach, and digital engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Manage and grow the organizations social media presence and engagement.
• Develop creative content for ads, posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Support SEO and website traffic improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with design, admissions, and leadership teams to align marketing goals.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline marketing workflows and improve campaign efficiency.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or performance advertising
• Prior experience working with educational institutes, colleges, universities, or training organizations is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing trends, audience targeting, and brand positioning
• Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
