Baraka Real Estate Development is seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the UAE real estate sector. The ideal candidate will drive our digital presence, elevate brand visibility, and support lead-generation strategies for off-plan and ready property portfolios.
This role requires someone who is results-driven, innovative, and fully up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, AI technologies, analytics, and real estate marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and property listing portals.
- Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, landing pages, blogs, and digital ads.
- Manage and optimize paid ads (PPC), display ads, and retargeting campaigns focused on quality lead generation.
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility for company projects and brand pages.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM analytics; provide weekly reports and insights.
- Develop marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRMs).
- Utilize modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, AI video tools, etc.) to enhance content creation and productivity.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure high-quality lead handover and follow-up alignment.
- Manage website updates, landing page optimization, and UX improvements.
- Build and maintain Baraka's digital brand identity through consistent, high-quality content and creative direction.
- Liaise with external agencies, photographers, and videographers when needed.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Strong skills in content creation, short-form video editing, and social media management.
- Familiarity with AI-driven content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, video AI tools).
- Knowledge of real estate listing portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong communication, creativity, and ability to work with fast-moving real estate teams.
Preferred
- UAE real estate developer/agency experience.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience working within tight deadlines and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Minimum 2–4 years of digital marketing experience within the UAE real estate industry.
- Proven portfolio of real estate campaigns (lead-gen, property launches, branding).
- Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and online customer behavior.
