Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify emerging trends and optimize marketing spend for maximum performance.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and performance-driven work culture.
Campaign Management
- Oversee all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce impactful marketing materials.
Performance Analysis
- Track and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI goals.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to provide actionable insights.
Budget Management
- Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI and cost-effectiveness.
Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
- Present campaign strategies and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Upwork & Platform Management
- Manage and optimize company profiles, projects, and marketing activities on Upwork and other platforms.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to generate leads, brand presence, and collaborations through Upwork.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of Upwork projects and campaigns.
Innovation
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and tools.
- Identify new channels and creative approaches to reach target audiences effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Experience managing projects and campaigns on Upwork or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
