About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Trainer who can train individuals and teams on practical, performance-based digital marketing — focusing on Meta Ads, Social Media , and related digital growth channels.
NOTE: This position is full-time and hybrid, meaning you can work from home as well as office
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Meta Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Social Media Marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
- Teach practical campaign setup — from audience targeting to budgeting, ad copy, creatives, and performance tracking.
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, SOPs, and checklists for Meta and other ad platforms.
- Provide 1:1 or small group guidance to learners on running and optimizing campaigns.
- Conduct Q and A Sessions on the topic
- Evaluate and analyze learner campaigns and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to stay aligned with the latest platform updates and trends.
- Maintain an organized record of training progress, learner performance, and feedback.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Social Media Management).
- Strong understanding of ad campaign setup, targeting, bidding, creatives, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Passionate about marketing, growth, and helping others learn practical skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple training batches or modules simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
