Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer who can conduct both offline and online classes, train students on practical digital marketing strategies, and ensure a high-quality learning experience. The trainer will be responsible for delivering sessions, creating content, and recording classes for internal learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct offline and online interactive sessions on various Digital Marketing modules.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive lessons covering:
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • SMM (Social Media Marketing)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video & Performance Campaigns)
  • Performance Marketing
  • Affiliate Marketing
  • Email & Content Marketing (Basic Overview)
  • Record all training sessions and ensure class recordings are uploaded to the LMS or internal portal.
  • Prepare and update training materials, case studies, and assignments.
  • Provide hands-on training using live projects and real-time campaign examples.
  • Evaluate student progress through assessments, feedback, and mentoring sessions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and platform updates (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the academic and placement team to align course outcomes with job opportunities.
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and live Q&A sessions as needed.
  • Maintain high levels of student engagement and satisfaction.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing roles.
  • Strong practical knowledge of:
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Tag Manager
  • Affiliate Marketing platforms and influencer campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident presentation and classroom delivery skills (both offline & online).
  • Prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience is a strong advantage.
  • Certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are preferred.
  • Ability to plan, record, and manage structured course delivery schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
