About the Role
We’re hiring a Digital Media Manager to lead the execution and performance of paid media campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for managing digital campaigns across platforms, ensuring KPI delivery and budget pacing, and presenting insights and strategies directly to clients.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that also includes team mentorship, internal process improvement, and upskilling initiatives that makes you a key driver of both performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, activate, and optimise digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Monitor performance daily, ensuring campaigns deliver on KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, engagement, and overall budget pacing.
- Adjust targeting, bidding, creatives, and channel mix based on live performance insights and client objectives.
Client Leadership & Communication
- Attend and lead client-facing meetings, including monthly/quarterly business reviews, performance reviews, and campaign discussions.
- Present campaign results, strategic recommendations, and platform trends in a clear, consultative manner.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted digital advisor.
- Conduct digital media training sessions (internal or client-facing) on performance tools, platforms, or best practices when required.
Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Create and manage campaign dashboards using Looker Studio and Supermetrics, integrating data across key platforms.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reporting with actionable insights, trend analysis, and next-step recommendations.
- Troubleshoot issues in tracking, attribution, or tag firing with support from analytics and tech teams.
Team & Process Management
- Ensure campaign pacing, KPI performance, and QA checks are completed consistently across accounts.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and analytics teams to align media with cross-channel initiatives.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of junior media specialists, helping develop skills and enforce SOPs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign processes, templates, and playbooks.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
- Strong platform expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics.
- Experience leading client presentations, presenting reports, and defending strategic recommendations.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable troubleshooting data discrepancies or tracking issues.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, track pacing, and optimize toward business outcomes.
- Effective communicator with a proactive mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
