Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily website performance, functionality, and uptime.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (traffic, conversions, SEO, engagement, testing outcomes), delivering actionable insights.
• Execute optimization strategies, including SEO improvements, funnel enhancements, and call-to-action performance.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests, rolling out successful results to maximize conversions.
• Elevate the customer journey through usability testing, heatmaps, and direct customer feedback.
• Partner with marketing, design, content, and IT teams to align on priorities and execute website initiatives on time.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices, proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.

Skills & Traits

• Proficiency in website management (CMS platforms, basic HTML/CSS).
• Strong expertise in SEO, CRO, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, heatmaps, testing platforms).
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design and customer journey mapping.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of delivering timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in website conversion optimization.
• Hands-on expertise with multiple platforms and technologies used to drive website optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,557.02 - $103,036.41 per year
