Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Media Marketing Specialist with hands-on expertise in running and managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate will not only focus on campaign execution but also ensure excellent client management, effective communication, and delivering measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok.

Conduct detailed audience research and develop effective targeting strategies to maximize ROI.

Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance, lower costs, and achieve client goals.

Track, measure, and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging and high-performing ad creatives.

Handle client communication and management, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Remain available for urgent client needs even after office hours when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.

Strong understanding of campaign structures, tracking pixels, analytics, and reporting tools.

Excellent client management and communication skills.

Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement improvements.

Creative mindset to design ad strategies that convert effectively.

Highly responsible, dedicated, and able to manage deadlines.
