Meta Ads Specialist

Job Description As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You will work closely with our creative and strategy team to deliver high-performing ads that align with client goals. --- Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram). Conduct audience research and create targeting strategies. Monitor ad performance, track KPIs, and report results. Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce CPP. Collaborate with the design/content team for ad creatives. A/B test ad sets, creatives, and placements. Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads trends, tools, and best practices. --- Requirements Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns (minimum 1–2 years). Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager & Ads Manager. Knowledge of audience targeting, pixel tracking, and event setup. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Bonus: Experience with e-commerce and scaling ad budgets. --- Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of Google Analytics or other tracking tools. --- What We Offer Competitive salary (PKR 18,000 – 40,000 depending on experience).
