Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Operations Associate to support our international digital operations. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for fresh graduates who demonstrate strong English communication skills, a tech-forward mindset, and a genuine eagerness to grow within a fast-paced digital environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting operational coordination, digital systems management, data handling, and cross-border team collaboration — ensuring that business operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Manage and support day-to-day digital and operational workflows with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor operational activities, flag issues proactively, and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation with a high level of attention to detail.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams and international stakeholders across time zones.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with global teams via email, chat, and digital platforms.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day operational queries and updates.
Digital Systems & Data Management
- Assist in managing digital tools, dashboards, and internal operational systems.
- Perform accurate data entry, tracking, and operational reporting.
- Quickly learn, adapt to, and effectively utilize new digital technologies and platforms.
Process Improvement
- Support initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency and operational performance.
- Identify gaps in existing workflows and suggest practical improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Communication & Interpersonal
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills — this is a core requirement for the role.
- Confident in professional email correspondence and report writing.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Technical & Analytical
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Comfort working with data, dashboards, and digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Work Ethic & Attitude
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working evening or night shift schedules.
- Adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn within a dynamic team environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM systems (not mandatory).

Education & Experience
