Job Overview We are seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our daily workflow. In this role, you will bridge the gap between operations and creativity. You will be responsible for coordinating our social media presence (both internal and client-facing), facilitating project pipelines for our designers and developers, and bringing fresh creative ideas to the table. The ideal candidate is an AI-savvy problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, agile agency environment and knows how to help drive a digital project from concept to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities * Social Media Coordination: Schedule, review, and oversee the publishing of content across our internal company pages and our clients' social media profiles, ensuring quality and brand consistency.

• Task Facilitation: Delegate, schedule, and track daily tasks for our cross-functional team, including Graphic Designers and Web Developers, ensuring deadlines are met smoothly.
• Creative Input: Actively contribute to the creative process by generating fresh ideas for graphic designs, web content strategies, and website layout/alignment.
• AI Integration: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools (Gemini, Deepseek, ChatGPT, etc.) to optimize daily workflows, accelerate content ideation, and improve your own efficiency.
• Process Organization: Maintain clear communication and organized project pipelines using Slack and other operational/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination, digital operations, or a similar administrative role within an agency or fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated experience thriving in an agile environment, with a strong track record of assisting with fast-turnaround, diverse client accounts.
• A strong creative eye with a foundational understanding of web development workflows, digital design aesthetics, and content writing.
• High proficiency in modern communication and organizational tools, specifically Slack and standard task-management software.
• Hands-on experience and strong prompting skills with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Deepseek) to enhance daily productivity and creative output.
• Excellent time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
