Digital Product Lead – Retail Banking

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Digital Product Lead who will be responsible for driving the bank’s digital transformation across core retail products, including accounts, cards, payments, and lending. The role leads a team of digital specialists, product managers, and engineers to design and deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
