  • Develop and implement group purchasing strategies that align with organizational goals, encompassing spend analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs to contract management and supplier performance evaluation, ensuring seamless processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaborative partnerships that drive innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct thorough spend analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities and drive strategic sourcing initiatives, evaluating and quantifying savings.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to gather requirements, evaluate bids, and select suppliers, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Monitor market trends, identify potential risks, and proactively develop mitigation plans to safeguard supply chain stability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing performance, including cost savings, supplier performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
