We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Digital Products - Product and Application Manager
to join our team, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. This role will focus on leading the strategic development, implementation, and adoption of ZEISS Smart Services and the FORUM Data Management Solution. The successful candidate will manage customer applications and ensure the effective integration of digital solutions into clinical workflows. Additionally, this position will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster product innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for ZEISS Smart Services and FORUM in alignment with business goals.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product improvements or new features.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the application of ZEISS digital solutions in their workflows.

Provide expert guidance on how to maximize the value of ZEISS Smart Services and FORUM in clinical and operational settings.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and application improvements.

Design and deliver advanced training programs for internal teams (e.g., sales, service) and external customers to ensure effective use of digital solutions.

Develop comprehensive training materials, including user guides, videos, and e-learning modules.

Oversee the installation, configuration, and integration of ZEISS digital solutions into customer environments.

Ensure that technical teams follow best practices for system setup and data migration.

Address escalated technical issues and collaborate with service teams to resolve them efficiently.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support customer acquisition efforts.

Partner with technical support and service teams to ensure high-quality post-sales support.

Collaborate with global ZEISS teams to align local initiatives with corporate strategies.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption, customer satisfaction
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

5+ years of experience in product management, application management, or a related role in the healthcare or medical technology sector.

Proven track record of managing software or digital solutions, preferably in healthcare.

Experience in customer-facing roles, including training and technical support.

Strong understanding of digital solutions, data management systems, and clinical workflows in healthcare.

Experience with DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) standards is preferred.

Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in both written and spoken English.
