Coordinate a cross‑functional team. Align developers, strategists, designers, and QA specialists; communicate dependencies and remove blockers quickly.

Champion quality. Enforce testing standards, oversee UAT, and shepherd releases through deployment.

5+ years of digital project management experience in an agency environment, with at least two years owning maintenance or ongoing optimization programs.

Available 20–30 hours per week on a flexible schedule aligned with U.S. business hours.
-
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and teams, balancing 600+ monthly hours.

-
Basic understanding of web‑accessibility standards and performance optimization.
