Digital Sales Coordinator

We are currently hiring a Digital Sales Coordinator to support and enhance our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused, with a strong interest in digital platforms and online sales. This role involves managing product listings, resolving platform-related issues, and supporting the sales process through digital channels. You'll be part of a dynamic team committed to improving the customer experience and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listings: Create, update, and maintain accurate, optimized product listings across multiple online platforms.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and fix listing errors including pricing discrepancies, missing images, or incomplete product information.
• Reporting: Provide daily updates on progress, challenges, and key performance insights.
• Sales Support: Assist in converting online leads into sales and help improve the customer journey across digital touchpoints.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to streamline e-commerce processes.
• Platform Oversight: Manage daily operations across digital sales channels to ensure smooth performance.
• Website Support: Identify website bugs and work with the development team on testing and implementing necessary fixes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital sales, online marketing, or e-commerce operations
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Basic understanding of online platforms and e-commerce tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
