Job Title: Digital Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert qualified leads generated through Meta Ads and other digital channels.
• Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their needs and offer tailored design and branding solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead engagement to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams for smooth project handovers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital sales (preferably in logo design, branding, website, or merchandise services).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Prior experience dealing with international clients (US/Canada preferred).
• Deep understanding of sales funnels, Meta Ads lead handling, and closing techniques.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts as required (currently night shift: 11 PM – 9 AM).
