JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Surveyor to join our team at Velmayil Property Developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out precise land and site surveys using advanced digital instruments, preparing accurate layout plans, and ensuring data accuracy for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Conduct digital land and site surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.

 Prepare and verify site levels, boundary lines, and layout drawings.

 Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to provide accurate survey data.

 Analyse and interpret survey data for project planning and execution.

 Maintain updated records of all surveyed data, maps, and site layouts.

 Ensure all surveys comply with company standards and local regulations.

 Assist in setting out work for structural, foundation, and infrastructure projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.

 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects.

 Proficient in using digital surveying tools (Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, etc.).

 Strong technical understanding of topographic and layout surveys.

 Attention to detail, accuracy, and good analytical skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
