Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, generate high-quality inbound leads, and build brand visibility. This role combines SEO, Google Business, lead-focused digital marketing, and social media content creation, including basic image and video editing.
This is a performance-focused role, not a social media influencer or full-time videographer position.
Key Responsibilities
1, Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
Manage and optimize Google Business Profile for lead generation and local visibility
Generate high-quality inbound leads through SEO and website optimization
Track leads, conversion rates, and lead sources
Run small-budget Google Ads campaigns (high-intent, location-based)
Coordinate with external SEO agencies if required
2, Social Media Marketing & Brand Visibility
Plan and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
Post professional updates, project highlights, testimonials, and educational content
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally
Maintain consistent brand voice and professional appearance
3, Basic Image & Video Editing (Required)
Create and edit social media content including images and short videos using Canva or similar tools
Perform light video editing:
Trim clips
Add text, logos, captions
Highlight projects / before–after visuals
Edit photos and graphics for posts, website, Google Business, and ads
Ensure all visuals support lead generation and brand credibility
4, Reporting & Analytics
Track digital performance: leads, website traffic, Google rankings, social engagement
Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements
Monitor ROI for paid campaigns
What This Role Does NOT Do

Requirements & Qualifications

3–5 years of digital and social media marketing experience
Strong SEO and Google Business knowledge
Experience in lead generation for B2B / project-based services
Basic image and video editing skills (Canva or similar tools)
Google Ads experience
Good English communication skills
Analytical and ROI-focused mindset
Preferred
UAE market experience
Background in service businesses (restaurants, kitchens, construction, interiors, fabrication)
Social media management for B2B brands
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified inbound leads
Cost per lead (CPL)
Google Maps & search visibility improvement
Website and landing page conversion rate
Social media engagement & professional brand presence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
