MARKETING COORDINATOR

Role

Responsibilities to assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy and to

ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation. Managing the day-to-day marketing activities of the organisation and assisting the

long-term marketing strategy for the company.

Reporting: Marketing Manager

Specific Roles and Responsibilities

Product Mix Development

Supporting the proper implementation of promotional campaigns.

Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.

Assisting the reporting manager in developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

Define and execute strategies to increase restaurant sales.

Brand Management

Assisting the management in brand management and corporate identity of the company.

Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Negotiate and execute all marketing activities with aggregators.

Promote offering through different platforms.

Assist in preparation of marketing documentations.

Track and report performance of all marketing campaigns.

Assist the management in various social media campaigns.

Coordinate with different branches for issue resolution.

Manage all information on aggregator platforms to ensure uniformity.

Assisting each marketing campaign from start to finish.

Researching demand for the organization's products and services.

Evaluating competitors.

Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.

Building brand awareness and positioning.

Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.

Sales and Business Development

Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.

Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.

Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and submission of required reports to the management as per requirement.

Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts

Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports

Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness

Conduct market research and identify trends

Marketing Communications

Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.

Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.

Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.

Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels

Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.

Self-Learning & Development

Engage in Training Sessions when required

Develop detailed product knowledge

Be fully committed and dedicated to personal development and growth, working toward the achievement of performance targets on agreed periodic basis

Knowledge Management

Ensuring all processes and procedures within the company are captured and are well documented and updated on a regular basis

Ensures all paperwork is kept in meticulous order and correctly executed within the Branch, complying with all management information and reporting requests and in compliance with legal/regulatory standards/requests

Ensures that all documentations are up to date and the team is following and are audited as per the set benchmarks on a regular basis

Confidentiality & Ethics

Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Confidentiality policy and Third Party Non-Solicitation policy which prohibits the sharing or discussion of sensitive information and the earning of fees through third party channels not connected with the Company;

Protection of the Company at all times in relation to informational databases, IP, secrets and strategy, as well as sensitive information, all of which may not be discussed with any unauthorised person

Ensure all sensitive client and Company information remains confidential and ensure this culture is built across the Branch

Ensure any unethical behaviour of any team member is quickly brought to the attention of Senior Management, so that it may be appropriately addressed.

Pre-requisites

Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration or related field

4+ years marketing or agency experience running successful insight led marketing campaigns

Proficient with computers and basic programs (Microsoft Office, emails)

Working experience with marketing software (Adobe Suite, Hootsuite etc.)- added advantage
