A Dim Sum Commis Chef is responsible for assisting in the preparation of dim sum dishes, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and supporting the kitchen team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dim sum dishes according to traditional recipes and maintaining high quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace and adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitoring food stock and placing orders as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including handling knives and kitchen equipment safely.
