Dim Sum Commis Chef

A Dim Sum Commis Chef is responsible for assisting in the preparation of dim sum dishes, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and supporting the kitchen team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dim sum dishes according to traditional recipes and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace and adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Monitoring food stock and placing orders as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including handling knives and kitchen equipment safely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD160.000 per month

Experience:

  • Dim sum : 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
