Diploma Engineer Trainee

• Diploma in Mechanical

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical
• Assist senior engineers/supervisors in daily operations.
• Support in production, quality checks, maintenance, or related tasks.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and update data as instructed.
• Follow all safety rules, PPE usage, and workplace discipline.
• Maintain quality standards as per company and customer requirements.
• Operate and monitor CNC machines as per given work instructions.
• Set tools, fixtures, and job parameters according to the drawing.
• Assist in CNC program loading and editing under guidance.
• Verify correct tool offsets, cutting speeds, and feeds.
• Ensure proper fixture clamping and zero setting.
• Carry out in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
• Check part dimensions as per drawing and quality standards.
• Identify defects, report abnormalities, and take corrective action.
• Maintain daily production and rejection reports.
• Record tool life, breakdown history, and maintenance logs.
• Report machine downtime and issues to the supervisor.
• Contribute to cycle time reduction and productivity improvement.
• Participate in Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing activities.
• Suggest improvements for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
