This key leadership role will focus on optimizing logistics operations to support our ambitious projects, ensuring that all logistical activities are executed efficiently and align with our strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement logistics strategies that streamline operations, enhance cost effectiveness, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Supervise the logistics process for all key projects, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams.
• Manage supply chain operations, driving efficiency and excellence in procurement, transportation, and inventory management.
• Establish and nurture relationships with logistics partners and service providers to ensure quality delivery and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Regularly assess performance metrics to evaluate logistics effectiveness and identify areas for growth.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards throughout logistics operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to foster cross-functional teamwork and achieve organizational goals.
• Lead, train, and develop a logistics-focused team to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and data analyses for senior management review, focusing on logistics insights and strategic proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, preferably in large scale or high-profile projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful logistics strategies in challenging contexts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with an ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools to streamline operations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
