What You’ll Do for Us
Lead Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop innovative, multi-channel marketing plans that drive both short-term impact and long-term brand health, optimizing touchpoints across digital, experiential, in-store, and community engagement.
Define Category Vision: Build a strong category strategy using data-driven insights from consumer trends, market analytics, and competitive benchmarking—ensuring profitable, sustainable growth and deeper brand relevance.
Portfolio Management: Oversee established brands while identifying whitespace and growth opportunities. Drive innovation through new product concepts, flavor and package extensions, and purpose-driven brand storytelling.
Understand the Consumer of Tomorrow: Deeply analyze the behaviors, values, and digital engagement patterns of our core consumer base, especially Gen Alpha and Gen Z parents, to design marketing programs that enhance brand imagery and strengthen emotional connections.
Innovation & Pipeline Development: Collaborate across R&D, commercial, and design teams to bring differentiated products and packaging to market, using rapid prototyping and continual optimization.
Trend & Culture Monitoring: Keep a pulse on cultural shifts, social listening insights, and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains relevant, inclusive, and top-of-mind.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global/regional marketing, commercial teams, and operations to maximize synergy across markets while accelerating speed-to-market.
Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and build a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, agility, and data-informed decision-making.
Digital & Emerging Media Focus: Integrate influencer partnerships, content marketing, paid social, and e-commerce strategies into the marketing plan to meet consumers wherever they are.
